Welcome to the Legacy Assist™ Funeral Concierge Program (“Legacy Assist”), an added benefit available to SBLI Living Legacy policyowners, their beneficiaries, and family members. This service is provided in partnership with LegacyShield and Titan Concierge (“Service Partners”) to offer nationwide support with funeral planning and coordination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Legacy Assist™ Funeral Concierge Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the services provided.

2. Program Description

Legacy Assist provides access to funeral concierge services, including guidance, planning support, and coordination through Service Partners. The program does not include financial products or funeral service payments.

3. Eligibility

Legacy Assist is available to:

  • SBLI Living Legacy policyowners

  • Beneficiaries of an SBLI Living Legacy policy

  • Immediate family members of the policyowner or beneficiary

4. Service Partners

Services are facilitated by LegacyShield and Titan Concierge. By engaging with these services, you agree to their respective terms and policies, which are independent from SBLI or Legacy Assist.

5. Limitations of Use

  • Services are intended for lawful and personal use only.

  • The program may not be used for commercial gain, reselling, or non-family coordination.

  • Legacy Assist reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the program for misuse.

6. Disclaimer

Legacy Assist does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. All services are informational in nature and should not replace professional consultations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBLI, Legacy Assist, and its partners disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Use of the program is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

Legacy Assist reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
